Trust is the foundation of everything we do at FairMatch.ai. When you trust us with your hiring process and candidate data, we take that responsibility seriously.
We have built FairMatch.ai with a "security-first" architecture:
- Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Anonymization: Candidate identifiers are purged at the infrastructure level during processing.
- GDPR Ready: Full data sovereignty and deletion controls for every user.
We are currently in the audit readiness phase for SOC 2 Type II. This means:
- Rigorous Logging: Every action within the platform is audited.
- Access Controls: Strict least-privilege principles are enforced for all internal systems.
- Continuous Monitoring: Real-time threat detection and vulnerability scanning.
Our goal is not just to build a fair hiring platform, but the most trusted hiring platform in the industry.
